CORDAGE
0- *10-15′ Paracord, Type III, 550lb: 7 inner nylon strands each w/ 2 braided strings. Replace shoestrings, make a bow saw, lash together logs to create a raft, make a bear bag, use as fishing line, tie down gear, create snare traps, fashion a clothesline or tent frame, etc.
1- Nylon Strands: Each bracelet includes 125-250 feet of total cordage. 35lb rating per strand. Utilize the inner strands of paracord sheath as fishing line, sutures, sheltering lashes, strapping, etc.

CUTTING
2- Mini Curved Surgical Carving Blade #12 X-Acto size, razor sharp with lanyard hole.
3- *30″ Kevlar Utility Thread (K.U.T.) Sawing Cord and Snare Wire (200lb tested – UV/Friction Resistant) Saw branches/zipties/ropes- Fashion a bow saw, catch wild game using as a snare wire, make a trip line, use as garrote weapon. Adopted by US Army SERE specialists and NAVY Seals. (secured under ranger band for easy access)
4- *Ceramic Striker Blade and Cutting Tool: Zerconia, abrasion/corrosion resistant, 8 times durability compared to standard blade, razor sharp, non-metallic, concealed blade. TIPS: Strike against fire steel to create fire sparks, cut open packages, use as surgical blade, fillet fish, etc.
TIPS: Remove to improvise in other survival methods.

FIRE
5- *Fire Steel Ferro Rod. Removable, secured inside buckle.
TIPS: To start a fire scrape slowly to shave off black coating and allow the shards to spread over your tinder. Once exposing the silver core, strike quickly to create sparks into nest of fine tinder, provide oxygen flow by blowing into the base of flame.
6- Survival Torch: Water/Wind Proof Match. Strong flame.
7- *Four Ranger Bands: Fire Tender & Smoke Signal (30 Second burn time), heavy duty rubber band.
8- Jute String/Tinder, 1 foot of 3 ply small rope, use as wound dressing for absorbent properties, tie down, fire tinder.
9- *Live Fire Wick: the inner strand of firecord has been removed and stashed under a ranger band for quick access, it’s combustible wick that easily ignites with a strong flame, long burn time, and is resistant water exposure. Great for starting fires in wet conditions or when tinder isn’t accessible. (secured under ranger band for easy access)
10- UCO Strike Anywhere Match. Carbonized, White Phosphorus Tipped.

AID & REPAIR
11- Small Bandage: Sealed, adhesive with sterile dressing pad.
12- Safety Pin: Large 1.25″ gold color fastener. Attach/secure two items together. Fashion into a fish hook or compass needle.
13- Sewing Needle: repair a torn pack, modify a jacket, navigate by statically charging and floating on leaf, improvise as suture pin.
14- Duct Tape Strapping: patch and waterproof small holes to a tent or poncho, repair gear, use as bandage, splint a boat paddle, use as fly trap for protein.

FOOD & WATER
15- *P38 Can Opener, Black Plated: Use as Cutting Tool, Fire Striker, Screwdriver, Sinker and Weight, Knife Sharpener.
16- Two MSR Aquatab Water Purification Tablets (2liter treatment): Add 1 tab to 2l clear water, mix 10 minutes, let stand for 30 min, hydrate. (includes a reference card for field expedited water purification, not attached to strap)
17- Square of Aluminum Foil (5×5 inch) (heavy duty for cooking, boiling water, signaling, lure, Faraday cage, cup, etc)
18- Fish hook: All Purpose Small Fishing Hook.

TOOLS & TACTICAL
19- Bushman Wire: Metal, flexible, survival wire. Use to bind items, fashion a snare, hang a canteen over a fire, jimmy a locked car door, wrist tie, breadboarding, etc.
20- Black Steel Plated Security Pin: (heavy duty safety pin).
21- Pick/Nail, Steel: Tack to a tree as a coat hanger, affix to limb as improvised spear, pick teeth, egress from sinking car by breaking window.
22- Saw Shim Tool: Superesse designed, surgical flex steel. Single side serrated saw edge. Slim build allows for shimming restaints. Outfitted with two punched lanyard holes. Create finger loops with cordage and run thru lanyard holes to create grips for utilizing as a saw.

COMMUNICATION & SIGNAL
23- Lead Pencil Rod, 5HB: Always have a writing utensil ready, jot down a note, plan a map route, etc.
24- *Emergency Whistle: high pitch, with improvised storage space. (replaced ink pen)
TIP: Signal for help: One whistle blast, “where are you”, two blasts, “come here”, three blasts, “help me”. Or signal the SOS distress call with 3 short, 3 long,& 3 short blasts.
TIP: Use foil/knife blade as a signal mirror to communicate intel via Morse code or utilize to alert search and rescue teams of your location.
25- *SOLAS Reflective Surface, (Safety Of Life At Sea): Coast Guard approved signal and safety tape adhered to buckle. Use to communicate your location or MORSE Code. Waterproof. Long distance visibility. (attached to underside of p38)
26- *Signal Reference Card: Contains full International Morse Code alphabet and number guide.
TIPS: Alert rescue personal of your situation, communicate messages using whistle, LED light, or mirror, or SOLAS surface.
